Happy Sunday, Readers!
I hope you had a wonderful week with lots of love and adventure! As for me, I landed a contract with The Creative Company, an educational children’s book publisher founded in 1932. I’m thrilled about this opportunity for many reasons. But more than anything, it’s because this is the first time I’ve worked with a book publisher. I’m writing a book in a seven-book series that will hit the market in 2025. These books are a cross between textbooks and creative storytelling. It’s right up my alley! For one, my experience as a content writer has taught me how to take big subjects and distill them into easy-to-understand concepts.
Additionally, my creative writing experience allows me to tell a story that will capture a middle schooler’s imagination. Plus, the company gives me author’s copies that I will gift to my sweet grandsons, who are avid readers and in the perfect age range. If you have middle schoolers, let me know. I’ll hook you up!
